In sessions with me you can expect to learn how to practice daily self love, observation of your engrained habits that may not serve you, and key practices to strengthen and nourish your whole self - the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of yourself. We can work weekly, every other week, or once/month. I work with individuals and couples currently.
In yoga sessions, you can expect to learn the full, beautiful teachings from yoga that enrich life. These include mindful movement, incredible breathwork and daily living practices. I provide sessions for individuals, couples, families, and in work settings. I also provide workshops and trainings.
In mindful communication sessions with me, you can expect to learn how to navigate the murky waters of understanding your own needs, and others' needs. Then, you learn ways to communicate these needs in ways that they can be heard. This can be really insightful in many places in your life - family, social and work life. I work with individuals, with couples, with families and in group settings. I provide one-time sessions, on-going sessions and workshops.
